Excellent care doesn’t come close to doing justice to the experience I have every time I visit Houston Premier Dermatology. The staff are all wonderful! Everyone is so kind and friendly. I recently had trouble with my pharmacy failing to refill my prescription, and they went above and beyond to fix the pharmacy’s mistake. Dr. P is always delightful to speak with, and she carefully listens to all my concerns with the greatest sensitivity. Houston Premier Dermatology is the best dermatology clinic in town. More

I don't even know where to start, Dr P is a blessing, she's amazing. Her attitude is everything and she's gorgeous. I was so embarrassed of my condition, she made feel at ease and gave me some nice words of encouragement and reassured me that it will be fixed and I couldn't help than break down, because she was so real. Dr. P and her staff are the BEST! I was diagnosed with alopecia areata and the first dermatologist I went to was unhelpful, didn’t give me any treatment options or explanation. I asked for referrals from friends and that’s how I found Dr. P. I came to her with almost 20% of my hair gone and literally in tears. Certainly easy to understand why this clinic has so many 5 star reviews. I called a couple weeks ago to make an appointment as a new patient for an annual skin cancer screening. It can sometimes be a bit dreadful calling doctors offices, but I was amazed with the patience of the receptionist as well as her willingness to answer my questions. Today I had my appointment, and it went every bit as great as my phone call to set it up. The Dr. was attentive, thorough, and gave me a lot of information and suggestions. She explained everything in a way which was easy to understand. I could not have been more impressed, and will certainly look forward to going back next year. More

I had the best experience at Houston Premier Dermatology. I live in LA but had an extended stay in Houston, so I decided to get some acrochordons (skin tags) removed. Taylor and Yessenia were amazing. Taylor was so kind and helpful (she taught me the term acrochordons bc let's face it - skin tags is a gross name). While Taylor numbed the acrochordons, Yessenia distracted me by lightly tapping on my shoulder and legs. I felt like I was at a spa. I love this place, and when I return to H-town, I will be visiting my girls at HPD again - for sure. More

All the 5 stars reviews about Dr. Catherine Papasakelariou are the least to be said about her. Not only she is super experienced Dermatologist but just as well, she is pretty engaging with the patient and explaining things in a simple everyday English language. I visited her clinic today for prescribing me tablets to take before lipblushing and after lip blushing and she did prescribed me the most up-to date tablets with which to take only 2 tablets two hours before lipblushing and 2 tablets 10 hours later. to stop any cold sore from bursting out of lipblushing! Wow! Each tablet is only 2 mg. I'm a permanent makeup artist, I will make sure to refer all my lip blushing clients to Dr. Catherine to prescribe these amazing tablets before their lip blushing appointment with me! I also went there today to remove some skun tags, Dr. Catherine numbed the skin tags and then removed them just like that and her super sweet assistant Yessenia was patting me on my shoulder with beautiful smile on her face just to give me the reassurance of no pain, even though there was no pain at all. That was so sweet of her. The clinic is pretty luxurious, with great views . Pretty beautiful clinic with great vibes. The whole staff are super nice, efficient and professional. I can not recommend enough Dr. Catherine Papasakelariou and her amazing staff! I'm so glad I found her through my best friend (Google search) More

I LOVE how she greeted me each visit with a handshake, takes the time to explain the reason behind her recommendations and the issue we are trying to resolve. I had my first visit to their offices today for my annual skin check, after my previous Dermatologist had retired. I had an immediate and friendly greeting by the receptionist, and was seen by the doctor on time. The nurse and cashier were very friendly too. The following office is amazing ! I came in due to an imperfection my eyelid and was a little afraid. Nancy in the front made me feel super comfortable and made me feel welcomed as I walked in. Then was moved to a room. The doctor was kind and informed the importance of a skin test and decided to go for it. Everything looked good ! I’ve been going to Dr. Papasakelariou for years. She is by far the best dermatologist I have ever had. Prior to seeing Dr P, I’ve seen about 4-5 dermatologist over the years. I used to live 15 minutes from her office. Now, I live about 30 minutes from her new office. She is worth the drive and I don’t regret following her to new location. The office staff is nice and very professional, clean and safe environment, the wait time is usually very short, free parking and conveniently located off I-10. Dr. P has treated several of my family members and we can all agree she is the kindest, very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Ex.) One morning I woke up 15 minutes after an appointment and I immediately called Dr. P’s office; I think my voice made it evident I wasn’t exactly “in route”. Initially I was quite embarrassed but considering I hadn’t even gotten out of bed I was already prepared to reschedule for another day (Dr. P is a busy woman). The team member that answered that phone was kind and ironically able to reschedule me for an appointment that had opened up later that evening. *One month later* I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before my appointment from her office to see if I was up and active or if I needed to reschedule- They’re not just a dermatologist office; they’re like family! I found the practice very friendly and, as always, love working with Dr. Papasakelariou as her patient. On suggestion I would have is to give precise instructions on how to find her office. I just guessed and parked in Lot 3 which turned out to be closest. Dr. Papasakelariou and her staff have created such a pleasant ambiance for patients. The check-in process is quick and painless (loved not having to do any paperwork!)and the wait time was minimal.
